CHECKLIST
- CRACKED GUTTERS - It is a good idea to inspect your gutters at least every 6 months. Cracks big or small will comprise the the drainage system, and in time cause other areas to fail. Your smaller cracks can be repaired, however if it is prevalent then replacement should be considered.
- DAMAGED SEAMS - Most gutters are vulnerable at the seams where two sections meet. This area is where separation and cracks can occur. Failure at the seams can lead to a variety of poor results affecting the outside and even the inside of your home.
- DEFECTIVE GUTTERS - Not a regular occurrence, but a defective gutter can ruin a nice paint job or allow water damage to the home. Over time exterior sections such as window trim, window sills, and even doors can be damaged by water. If leaks are persistent it could be a good time to consider replacement or contact Family Gutters and Guards for a FREE inspection.
